• Male • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the interior materials or related industry. • Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify opportunities, overcome objections, and close deals. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in Vietnamese and English. • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive and persistent approach to achieving sales targets. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience. • Proficiency in using technology and software tools, including CRM systems and virtual meeting platforms. • Knowledge of the Hanoi market and industry trends is advantageous. • Fluency in Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken. • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment. |
